Sometimes we can only remember part of a term, or incorrectly remember what we think is the proper term that happens to exist in the ticket.

Sometimes we wish to search for part of an email address that is textually laid out in the body of the ticket, and the current searching does not return what we expect, especially if we include the @ symbol. 

Reworking the search to not treat @ as a word separator would lead to less confusing, and more proper results (utilizing ** around the term can be the trigger that forces the search to treat @ differently in some cases, if ** is required to be typed in any improvement you make)

if the email is "invoicesforjohn@contoso.com" we would like and expect search terms "forjohn" "john" "invoicesfor" "john@cont" "forjohn@contoso.com" "@contoso.com" to all return the same results
