SITUATION :

Dashbord only visible to Admin

NEW NEED :

Differrent statistics based on viewers displayed on Intranet via HTML page.

SUGGESTION :

Autonomous Customizable Dashboard :

> For company (add a link "Custom Dashboard in all helpdesk/User/Company/xxxxxxx?Admin=1)

> For department (add a link "Custom Dashboard in all helpdesk/User/Department/xxxxx)

> For all (add a link "Custom Dashboard" in helpdesk/Admin/Users)

> For user (add a link "Custom Dashboard" in helpdesk/User/View/xxxxxxx)

> For tech (add a link "Custom Dashboard" in helpdesk/Admin/Users?listMode=2)

On each Dashboard, add an icon for copy the Dashboard shortcut

Allow these Dashboard to be embedded in website out of Jitbit (Frame; Iframe, Embed)
