CC Active Directory Manager

Our helpdesk is only used internally for our company, so the current Manager function doesn't really work for us. What would be great would be a way to pull in a user's manager form the AD integration and have the ability to CC them in to any ticket the user creates, giving the manager visibility over their team's tickets. That way each person would see the tickets for their report-tos.
