Delayed ticket responses
It would be nice to type out the response to a ticket, and then have it send out at a later time. For example, when we create an account, sometimes they're not due for a week or more. It'd be nice to be able to type out a response and then have it go out the day the account is set to be activated
Also a date on when the ticket can be closed! We have had to do this with ticket rules, and custom status. It would be so much better to have a simple field for closing a ticket.
