SelectionCombo/Checkbox result in email

When selecting Checkboxes and/or SelectionCombos, I would like to have the option to get the result added in the ticket email confirmation that are sent. Right now I can only see this on the right side section in the actual ticket, but I want to be able to forward this as text in an email to external parties.
