Knowledge base search engine: Sort by relevance or logical operators

Unfortunately, Jitbit uses in the knowledge base search engine an "or-connection" for every single word in the search. The search result is therefore much too large and is not sorted by relevance...  Now, when the number of knowledgebase entries increases, it is no longer possible to find the desired entries. This makes the knowledgebase almost unusable...

It would be desirable that the search analog Google, etc. displays the best hits at the top. Or you can link the individual search terms with logical operators (and/or).

Thank you!

Actually, the KB search uses "AND" when your search for multiple words nowadays. For example, if you search for "email system", it will return articles that both "email" and "system" in the article (both subject and body)
