Ad-hoc close ticket without notification
It would be useful for us, and perhaps others, to have an option when closing a ticket whether or not to send a notification to the user.
We need to keep 'Send "Ticket Closed" notification' and "Reopen closed tickets on new replies" enabled but there are often times we'd like to silently close a ticket.
i note this has been implemented recently.
Can we adjust the notification so as it shows when the close silently (no notification) option has been selected.
we need to be able to track whether the client was notified.
