Merge & Disable User

Please consider allowing a ‘Merge & Disable’ users function. Currently when we merge a user it gets rid of the user record, but then when they visit the site again since we use AD SSO integration it creates the user again. I would like the ability to merge and disable an account at the same time, so it prevents them from incorrectly logging in as the original user again.
