More flexible scheduling for recurring tickets
The recurring ticket feature is nifty, but the scheduling options are pretty limited. It would be nice if there were more flexible scheduling options.
I don't expect cron-style scheduling, but simple "Every N days", "Every N weeks", and "Every N months" would be nice.
