Consider adding this feature:

New ticket -> User selects the value of the first dropdown menu, then the next dropdown menu populates data based on the previous dropdown selection.

Example:

Warehouse 1 has Location 1 and Location 2

Warehouse 2 has Location 3 and Location 4

1st Dropdown menu: (Options here Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 2)

-Warehouse 2

2nd Dropdown menu: (Options here Location 3 and Location 4 because they belong to Warehouse 2 which was previously selected)

-Location 3

-Location 4

And these dropdowns are what - categories? Custom fields?

From a programming perspective I would say everything or at least the custom fields.
