Bulk Update Custom Fields
Bulk updating custom fields:
- When updating a ticket's custom fields after the ticket was created, each field requires a separate save event ("OK" button).
- If you fail to save one field before moving to the next, you lose all progress when clicking "OK" on a single field.
- See image below. Clicking "OK" on one field resets all others. The same applies for selecting a check box, except it's instant, no "OK" button.
