Option to reply to ticket submitter or reply all

I would like to see an option to reply to ticket submitter and an option to reply to all emails attached to the ticket.

You can Shift+Click the ticket subscribers checkbox to unselect all, and then check the ticket submitter only. This way the email will be sent to the ticket submitter only.

Alex, I'm looking for a quick way to do a quick reply to the ticket subscriber only as a time saver.
