Checklist/To Do Item in ticket

We need a simple to-do checklist that we can insert into a ticket.

For example, tech have a ticket template to do something and track his progress? Like setting up a new system so I know he has ordered the computer, installed the OS, configured the antivirus software, connected it to the domain etc.

Can I please request you guys add such functionality? I know this can be done similarly by adding a ton of notes into a ticket but that creates a lot of clutter in it. It would be perfect if there was a separate section aside from notes called Checklist and it could be configured

I had to double-check that I didn't add this request. We use this extensively for onboarding and offboarding requests.

For lack of a better option, I have an automation configured that adds the checklist items as tags. As each action is performed, the tag is deleted. It would be nice if there were a trigger to log the tag removal. We are manually logging the activity until we find a better solution.

I realize there are integrations, but the security team will never allow this for our on-prem version of JitBit.I had to double-check that I didn't add this request.

This definitely would be helpful. I have created tickets with specific check box fields that can be marked in the details section. However, a way to add a 1-time checklist to a ticket would be very handy for tickets that request a change to multiple servers to be made. Would allow me to make a checklist of the servers, and check off as I complete the modifications per server.

We've added:
1) ability to add a "checkbox" into ticket text and even added a checkbox button to wysiwys-editor
2) In a ticket page when you check/uncheck a checkbox in the ticket body, the state in save in the background

This is similar to github's "task checklist" in issues https://docs.github.com/en/issues/tracking-your-work-with-issues/about-task-lists

i think a check list would be great too
i think the best way would be to allow check boxes in custom replies or in knowledge base and then allow use of the custom replies and knowledge base at ticket creation
