it would be nice to give a ticket more flexibility. There is not only an open date and and a due date but severel milestones which should be reached at a certain date/time. This milestones have to be organized to work with a buld of tickets..
So in order to work with perhaps 100+ tickets it should be possible to have a calender dashboard where you can set/show the milestones of your tickets of this time/date span. You can't work through lists in order to grap ervery ticket id ther is something to work on.
So a Dashboard/Calender (day/Week/month) with milestones of tickets would be a really great step forward..

So here's how this would work for your use case: you'd create date-type custom fields on your tickets — for example, "Design Review Deadline," "QA Sign-off," or whatever milestones make sense for your workflow. Once we roll out the update, you'll be able to build a calendar report filtered by any of those fields, giving you a clear day/week/month overview of upcoming milestones across all your tickets.
