When a new technician is assigned to a ticket, remove the previous technician as a subsriber

Sometimes we change the technician a ticket is assigned to. When we change the assignment the previous tech is still subscribed to the ticket. It gets very confusing to both the users and technicians. When a ticket is updated with a new technician, remove the previous tech.

I don't agree... When changing technician, can be still useful for the previous tech to follow the ticket, maybe for giving informations about what he has done, or maybe for learning.

You can make it an option. Besides, the former tech should be putting all of their info in the tickets.
