Automatically un-assign unclosed tickets when user is disabled
We are suggesting new function, which would un-assign all unclosed tickets from user, when he is disabled, this would return ticket to its own category, and other technicians would be able to continue in work on this tickets.
Currently when user is disabled all assigned unclosed tickets remain assigned to this user, which can cause longer resolution time from IT team, since these tickets are not visible easily, and ticket assigned to Disabled users are visible only from Users management, not even from Tickets -> All -> Filters.
