Add "remove tags with keyword" automation action

I'd like an action that could selectively remove tags--e.g. remove tags matching: 'keyword' It's hard to manage/use tags currently because while we can add them one a time, the only delete option in the automation actions is "delete all tags" --which is often not what I want. Allowing selective removal would make tags MUCH more useful.
