More customization options for Custom Fields
Hi, I think it would be great to have some extra options to customize how the custom fields look on the ticket creation screen.
1. Be able to choose where the custom fields are positioned. currently they show up under the built-in details field, it would be great to be able to select an option to be above the details field or above the subject line. This would stop a lot of ticket requestors typing all the info in the details box, then seeing all the custom fields and needing to fill out all the information again. (i've attached proposed screenshot.)
2. The other addition i think would be great is to be able to have the custom fields show a list (one field per line) the current grid layout is great, but for some ticket types with custom fields it would be easier to navigate all the fields in a list layout.
