Would be great if we could have a real time dashboard that we could have multiple sets of criteria to show on a panel in the office that shows, new tickets + tickets that have replies + tickets that are due today - all from a selectable category (top level would be ace, as we share the platform with a few departments, but we only want ours on our dashboard!)
We can currently do this via saved filters, but can only have one at a time, and would be great as a dashboard to allow techs to see the important tasks of now - ie triage, respond or due today all on one page
