is it possible to add a button to have the notes of the company when we open a ticket (and the détail of the user / it will be great) ?
Indeed, when we open a ticket :
- we would like to have the détail of the company.
- we would like to know what is the history of the tickets
In other words, when we click on the button (BTN in the windows below) :
We would like to have this windows that appears :
