Assign multiple tickets functionality for Technicians who are Managers.

We use 3 roles here: Regular user, Technician and Administrator. As an Administrator I can see that I can assign multiple jobs but a Technician (who is a manager but doesn’t require Administrator access) cannot. Is there scope to include this functionality for Technicians or possibly create a role that includes this functionality that sits below an Administrator…something like a Manager role?
