Make it possible to send an email to the Helpdesk with the hashtag #BehalfOf:Email_address# in the title.
The objective would thus be to redirect an email that a client would
normally have sent to the helpdesk and not to a member of the company.
It is also the possibility of creating a new Tk on behalf of a client
without making copy / past between his mail and the IHM.
An email
redirected in this way should not undergo any transformation and should
not undergo truncation even if it contains several email
exchanges
