votesReal Time Dashboard - Unassigned Tickets
Is there any way you can add a box for Unassigned (or New) tickets to the Real Time Dashboard ?
Basically it would be green if zero and red if greater than zero?
This way our techs can easily be aware of any new tickets.

This would be awesome. Add a bit of customization with the colors though and allow us to set those thresholds... Like Green for 0, yellow for 10, red for 20 etc...
