Suggestions for improving the 'Ticket Categories' filter
Hi there,
I have a couple of suggestions for the Ticket Categories filter.
At the moment, one can filter by a user's AD attributes for 'Company' and 'Department'.
Suggestion 1: Make the 'Company' field a drop-down so it is consistent with the drop-down available within a user's profile.
Suggestion 2: Add the 'Location' field to the 'Ticket Categories' filter as a drop-down.
