votesPeriodic notification if ticket is unassigned
I would like to be able to configure JitBit to periodically notify technicians that an unassigned ticket is present (say with an email every 15 minutes) until a technician goes in and claims the ticket. I have tried to do this with automation rules using delays, but have not been able to create a reliable solution. It seems like a nice straightforward feature to incorporate.Log in to comment...
