I see you have “Scheduling Settings”, but we would like to have a note/comment to be attached to this – So when ticket reopen – it will be reopen with specific note.
Example: If I set ticket to be reopen in 1 year – when 1 year pass I would not remember why this ticket need to be reopen. But during Scheduling I will setup a note with this schedule and note will be presented during reopening the ticket – it will remind me right away what need to be done.
