Rating System Accuracy

When a ticket has been closed, the email response with the rating links is sent to everyone including the technician.  Some technicians are clicking on the rating link, which is creating false data in the rating reports.  Can you add an option in the settings that can be (enabled/disabled) to only allow this link to be sent to the "From" person on the ticket only?

This was an already soved bug, I think solved in version 10.13

Yes, this was fixed sometime after I suggested this idea.
