automation to assign ticket to last technician commenting

It would be nice to have an option in automation to assign the ticket to the last technician that commented on the ticket.

Our use case:  we use the API to create some tickets and would prefer that the last technician working on the ticket be automatically assigned the ticket using automation rules so we can do this based on conditions desired.
