JitBit Admin/User forum

It would be great to have a forum that allows Jitbit users to bounce ideas off of each other. There are many times that I find myself combing the web or the Ideas Forum to see if there are other users that have the similar ideas or challenges that I am facing while managing the application and my user base.

Having a user forum would allow us to look for suggestions / ask for input on automation rules, templates, custom fields, etc. Maybe also give us an option to share our success stories and how that helped change our organization.

You can use the Ideas forum for that. We keep improving its feature (like adding search recently, etc) to make it more useful
