Option to disable auto-tagging links

We use bogus websites in syntax examples within some of our help articles, e.g.:

http://somesite.com

These fake URLs get turned into href values in anchor tags. Even if I edit the source code of the article and remove them, they reappear.

This is a problem: they aren't real links.

Please add an option so the auto-tagging feature ignores a link.
