Add option to disable CLOSE TICKET button or option to make a reply mandatory on close
At the moment a ticket can be easily (or accidentally) closed with 1 button click without even entering a reply.
According to ITIL this should not be possible, please add an option to remove/disable the 1 click 'close ticket' button above the ticket
AND/OR
create an option to make it mandatory to always or enter a reason/reply on closing the ticket
(with an extra option to close without reply via the more option)
