It would be nice to have the ticket system auto recognize (best) or be configurable (decent) to not create duplicate tickets when a user emails 2 or more emails which are polled for tickets
currently, even with automation unless I create a dizzying array of automation checks since we have 15 polled emails..and even then i'm not sure it would work properly, there is no way to prevent a single email sent to 2 or more of these polled emails (user confusion, or user impatience) from generating multiple tickets
yes user training comes first, but would still be nice to have a safeguard
