Hi

In the automation rules there is a condition where the Ticket comes via email and the TO or CC field contains..

It would be great to have additional rules were we can specify the To and CC field individually:

Ticket comes via email and the To field contains

Ticket comes via email and the CC field contains

These would be a really useful conditions to have.
