Request: Update all technicians in a category when another technician updates a ticket

Hi,

It would be helpful to add an option to turn on/off that would send updates to all technicians in a category whenever another (any) technician updates a ticket (maybe except for the technician doing the update).

I think you can accomplish this by creating an automation rule for that particular category. Can be annoying because you will have a ton of automations, one for each category.

We have already done that, but by doing that it sends various duplicate notifications. It would be nice if the system would just allow us to send one to each technician.
