Add more triggers for periods of inactivity

Actually we only have one trigger "Ticket has not been udpated for 30 minutes or more".

The "30 minutes" part should be adjustable to allow admin to make rules that will trigger later or faster, for instance " Ticket has not been udpated for 5 days or more"

The trigger is actually "30 minutes OR MORE", and you can set the exact duration by adding a condition, that check "hasn't been updated for X" for more granular control. However, you can't make it less than 30 minutes though, because the background job that launches this automation runs every 30 minutes.
