Out of Office - Show icon in more places + banner + Date range

Suggestion to display the Out of Office icon on the ticket Details pane for Assigned To user, as well as in the ticket grid

A banner on a ticket (similar to the one "Ben is also looking at this ticket right now") that tells Technicians that the Assigned To staff member is currently Out of Office

Allow users to set a date range (to, from) so it will automatically turn the Out of Office status on and off

Integration with Outlook Out of Office would be ideal

I agree that it would be beneficial for both technicians and general users. The integration with Outlook is indeed a great idea, as it would enhance efficiency and usability of the tool.
The icon currently is not present in the source code, resulting in some users seeing a broken image file. I’d also suggest adding the icon to the source code to ensure that all users have a seamless experience.

Unfortunately Outlook does not offer any web-accessible API to pull OOF data for a user. We'll think about implementing the other suggestions.
