Form Functionality and Integration

It would be nice if there could be a form that's embeddable on your website, and responses to the webform automatically fill in certain custom fields of the ticket. For example, a contact form that automatically collects not only email, subject, and text but also custom fields that might be needed (phone number, other personal data).
