Only for technicians on ticket creation

A highly requested option within our company is being able to make the message when creating a ticket "For technicians only". By doing this we can note down for example a customer call, only visible for us, but also use that same ticket to send an email to a customer regarding progress etc. Currently this is not possible in a nice way, because the end-customer can see what we have written down when making a ticket.

We hope you can consider adding this feature.
