Ideas Forum: Allow technician to vote on behalf of user
I'm interested in using the ideas forum, but in our case we would probably manage/maintain the list rather than allowing our customers to submit directly to it (our help desk system is not opened to the internet, accessible on our internal network only currently). Right now the "Upvote" button only allows a user (technician or not) to add 1 vote to the idea. It would be great if we could add a vote for a user so that we could better track how many customers would like to have a feature.
An example use case: A customer calls and reports a feature they would like to see in our mobile app. Our staff would create a feature if it didn't already exist, or upvote if it does exist, on behalf of the customer.
