Situation:
We use tags as a way to link similar topics, e.g. to count how often the same topic is mentioned. There might be more than one tag in a ticket.
Problem:
For now, tags can only be seen in the graphics but are not included in the actual summary report. This way, I cannot count tags in relation to the tickets.
Solution:
I would like to see each tag in the summary report linked to the corresponding ticket.

i JUST completed an annual report of our helpdesk tickets. It was a pretty big bummer to see tags aren't shown in reports, especially since I took time to tag all our tickets for the express purpose of seeing them in a report, ha! (was the first time i'd done a big project like this, and previously hadn't thought to utilize tagging. now i'm back to thinking tags are pretty pointless...)
