suggested KB articles - don't suggest articles to users who lack permission to see those articles
We have several large customers (company) who each have their own dedicated KB category which contains documentation solely for their own building.
So our KB category permissions are configured like this:
General Info - all companies can see KB articles here
Company1 info - only Company1 can see KB articles here
Company2 info - only Company2 can see KB articles here
etc
We currently have disabled "
Show KB suggestions hint from Jitbit Bot to technicians in new tickets
" because it would suggest Company2 KB articles for tickets submitted by Company1.
Request is for suggestions for Company2 to only include KB articles that Company2 has permissions to see. In this example, that would be the "General Info" and "Company2" categories.
