It would be great to have a custom field in JitBit where user could enter a link that would be active on GUI. Us, we'd like to use it to link ticket with its related document folder.

How are you generating the data in the custom field? If you are using the JitBit API you can enter the required HTML tags that will make the link clickable and open in a new window.

The value parameter accepts: "Google!"
