Submit ticket on behlaf of another user - modify options

Is it possible to modify the available options?  For example, we get contacted via SMS and MS Teams all of the time, but we would never be contacted by WhatsApp.  For reporting, it would be nice to accurately report the ways we receive tickets outside of the normal path.
