Add tags in canned messages
Can we get a prefix or marker that indicate that the part after the marker is a tag?
So, if we use a canned response in a message that contains this marker the tag will be added to the ticket.
So a canned message like below would add the tag 'Idea' to the ticket'.
Hello, thank you for your ticket.
Great idea, why don't you put an idea in the idea's forum?
