"Restrict ticket deletion to Admins only - allows ticket deletion to Administrators ONLY.
"Marking as a
Spam" - I don't see any reason, do not have it available to tech.
If this is not
possible, can the "Permission to Delete" be selective to Category's?
So, ticket can be deleted by Tech1 in Category 1, but Tech2 will not be able to delete Ticket in Category2?
And may be "deny" permissions for certain Tech.
