Allow MP3 audio to play in iOS version

Currently, if a PDF is attached to a ticket, you can click it and read it on the iOS version of JitBit. We sometimes get MP3 files (voicemail) and it would be nice to be able to hear them while in the app, even if it is a default browser on the phone. Thanks!
