check list for ticket categories
We are looking for ways to make our new user setup process a bit more trackable to help eliminate errors or make things more visible to other techs.
I've used other ticketing systems like Autotask which had a neat feature that attached a canned checklist to the category it is assigned to. Example, new user ticket is submitted via email > Tech changes the category to "New Hire" > Canned checklist would be added below the ticket description, ideally in a collapsable section.
This would be awesome to have for a lot of different task oriented tickets that have a standard process, new user setups are only the current example we are looking at.
