It would be pretty nice to be able to collapse the ticket description/body when users submit email tickets that have huge chains on them.

I totally second this request. By the time an email comes to me as a ticket request, the chains are often ten or more pages to scroll through. The Collapsing and expanding panes would be useful on attachments, too, as I have a current ticket with nearly 200 attachments in the chain. As an alternative, I can envision "scroll to" links for jumping to the Reply section, Attachments panel, Related Tickets panel, the bottom of the ticket, etc., in the same way that one can click on the up-arrow or ticket subject in the fixed header to scroll back to the top. I'm hoping these convenience features would be easy to add as they would be a big help to me every day.
