Ability to scroll to the first reply for a given date
Many of our tickets are long-running and involve replies sometimes numbering in the hundreds. I often need to refer to a reply in a ticket that happened on a specific or approximate day. One example: our team deployed something on March 3rd and I’d like to review the reply activity on the date of that deployment.
In the present state, I might need to scroll 20 or 30 pages of replies to while watching the date in the lower-right corner of the replies for the date I’m wanting from three months ago. It would be helpful to have a “jump to date” date picker that could stay within the fixed header and allow me to jump to the first reply from a specific date.
