Re-arranging Custom fields in tickets

Some of the categories that I have created have several custom fields assigned to them. As it is now the custom fields just kind of lump together in a rectangle under the description field. I am able to move the custom field above the description field, but I have no way of re-arranging the custom fields. I would like to be able to stack the custom fields on top of each other and arrange them so that filling them out feels fluid. Right now the just lump together which makes them look unorganized and non-intuitive. It would be extremely useful to be able to move the custom fields around in different layouts.
